Christ Church Picture Gallery represents one of the most important collections of Old Master paintings and drawings in the country, housed in the award-winning building (Powell and Moya 1968). There are paintings by masters such as Tintoretto, Veronese, Van Dyck, Lippi, and Carracci.  The internationally important drawings collection includes works by Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael and many more.  However, due to conservational reasons, only a selection of the drawings can be on display at any one time. The drawings exhibitions are changed every few months; please refer to our website for information on our current and forthcoming shows.
