Bourton Vale's woes continued in Division One of the MP Sports Cherwell League as they were bowled out for just 146 at Leighton Buzzard.

Put in to bat, Howard Keeling (37) and Nick Anderson (30) offered the only resistance as Lee Selfe claimed 5-37 for the home side.  In reply, Leighton Buzzard knocked off the required runs for the loss of only one wicket, with Tom Light departing on 42 and fellow opener Chris Thompson ending 61 not out.

Abingdon Vale's promotion hopes took a battering as they failed to beat Banbury 2nds in Division Two.  Visitors Abingdon won the toss and fielded first but the home side dominated Vale's bowling attack, with Jamie Coles (93), Luke Radford (82) and Steve Beck (60) all making half centuries.

In reply Abingdon struggled to 214-6, with Ashley Bowles top scoring with 86.  Ashley Blanchard took 3-60 as Vale held out for a draw with Banbury claiming the majority of the points on offer.

Elsewhere Challow & Childrey remain in midtable despite a home victory over Sandford St Martin.  Openers Vishane Perera (58) and Nigel Hume (51) set the home side on their way to victory with Martin Anson (4-82) and Alex Kill (3-45) restricting Challow to 233-8.

But Ollie Dimblow took 4-38 as the visitors were bowled out for 190, despite 48 from Anson and 37 from Siphe Mzayadume.

Winey Mills and Kingston Bagpuize enjoyed a high-scoring draw in Division Three, which visitors Kingston narrowly edged.  Oliver Young (64) and Dave Ward (43) helped Kingston to an imposing target of 242-7 but second bottom Witney were not to be denied and Will Sterio (76) and Craig Evans (43) saw them to safety despite a good bowling performance from Kingston's Ben Jefferies, who took 4-94.

In OCA Division Two, Faringdon condemned Witney Swifts to another 10-wicket defeat, bowling the visitors out for a paltry 101 with Richard Marlow taking 4-10.

Witney, who have yet to record a victory this season, weren't able to offer any resistance with the ball and openers Ian Mcdowall (40) and Dave James (52) knocked off the runs to seal a very comfortable victory.

And in Division Four, Radley beat Charlbury 2nds by three wickets to stay in the hunt for promotion.  The home side, who currently lie third in the table, dismissed Charlbury for 165 despite 73 from Paul Adams and 35 from Tom Nash.

Simon Huxtable was the star with bat and ball for Radley, claiming 7-26 with the ball before ending 88 not out as Radley finished on 166-7.
