Chad Keegan claimed 13 wickets and Jamie Perkin two centuries in the match as Oxfordshire beat Dorset by 163 runs to win their Minor Counties Championship Western Division match on Tuesday.
Having posted 329-8 in their first innings, thanks in main to two middle order knocks by Jamie Perkin (122) and Jonny Cater (98), Keegan claimed 7-123 as the home side were bowled out for 319 at Dean Park, giving Oxon a slender 10 run lead.
Perkin's second innings knock of 107* included four sixes and 12 fours in just 131 balls and he was again ably assisted by Cater, who fell two runs short of his half century as Oxon declared on 278-5, leaving the hosts a target of 289 to win.
But despite a battling, undefeated half century from Masoor Khan (50*) the home side couldn't cope with seamer Keegan second time round either and he took another six wickets for just 32 runs as dorset were bowled out for 125.
