Tickets have gone on sale for the Christmas Ice Show at Oxford Ice Rink.
The annual event returns after an absence last year due to refurbishment work at the rink in Oxpens Road. This year’s show features more than 100 of the best local skaters from Oxford Figure Ice Skating Club, OXIST Dance Club, Oxford Ice Skating Club, Oxford School of Skating and more.
There will be two performances each day on Saturday, December 3, and Sunday, December 4, at 5pm and 7pm. Anyone attending the 7pm performance will get free entry to the disco skating session after the show. Dan Prachar, customer relations manager at the rink, said: “The skaters have all been practicing hard at the rink for this year’s show. From what I have seen the weekend will be a huge success.”
