Man killed in collision with lorry in Bicester

A 30-year-old man was killed in a collision in Bicester on Wednesday.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the incident, which happened at around 2.15pm when the pedestrian was struck by a blue and white DAF lorry in Shakespeare Drive.  Officers said he died at the scene.  The road was closed between the Middleton Stoney Road and Villiers Road until about 4.25pm to allow collision investigators to examine the scene.
