A woman was inappropriately touched by a man who exposed himself to her in Oxford in the early hours of Thursday, December 1.
Police have appealed for witnesses to the incident, which happened at around 1.50am as the 21-year-old victim walked along Bullingdon Road.
The man started walking along the road with her. She felt uncomfortable and got out her phone to call a friend. The man then hugged her at which point she realised he was exposing himself. She pushed him away and ran home. She was not injured in the assault. The man is Asian, in his late twenties to early thirties, slim, around 5ft 9ins, clean shaven, with brown eyes. He was wearing a navy blue hooded top, dark blue jeans, and rimless glasses.
PC Eleanor Batty said: “This was a distressing incident for the victim and a number of enquiries are underway to trace the man responsible. We are keeping an open mind about this incident, however we do not believe at this stage it is linked to any other offences."
