Lettings agent Martin & Co has been named Franchisee of the Year at the Negotiator Awards.
Attracting entries from all over the UK for 17 different award categories, the firm's Claire Urwin, owner of Martin & Co Oxford, was also named as one of the six Rising Star of the Year finalists. It was the second time that Martin & Co (UK) had entered the award, and they landed the prize on both occasions.
Bob Urwin, of Martin & Co Oxford, said: "We are delighted to be part of an award winning brand. Martin & Co Oxford joined the franchise back in 2006 and our staff have worked hard to develop the Martin & Co brand in Oxfordshire."

I am also delighted that the judges recognised the contribution our Oxford franchisee, Claire Urwin, has made to the lettings industry over the last five years."
