Tech SpecsWhen you book an advert with us, the size of it will be worked out in centimetres for the depth, and columns for the width. For example a half page advert will be called an “18x9”, because it is 18cm deep, and 9 columns wide. You can convert the columns into millimetres using the table below.
If you want to supply your own artwork...
If you decide not to take advantage of our in-house design studio, and want to supply your own artwork to appear in the paper, then you must follow the guidelines below. Please adhere to these guidelines as we will not be held responsible for any reproduction errors in the advert caused by problems in the original artwork. If you are unsure as to how to set up your artwork then please call 01235 547837 for more information.
Acceptable formats
We can accept artwork in the following formats;
PDF with all fonts embedded (preferred format)
JPEG / TIFF rasterised at 300dpi
EPS all fonts outlined and pictures embedded
Artwork Tip...
Artwork should be supplied as CMYK, and at dead size (no crop marks or bleed neccessary).
